We are a fast-growing FMCG brand combining agriculture, technology, and design to bring authenticity and quality to every pack and platform.We are looking for a Senior Designer who can translate our farmer-first values into compelling visual design across packaging, e-commerce, retail, and digital campaigns.Role OverviewYou will lead the complete visual identity for Honest Farms across digital and retail touchpoints. The role demands creative thinking, design precision, and a strong sense of how visuals influence consumer behavior.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce and Q-commerce Design- Create A+ content, PDP images, brand storefronts, and promotional assets for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.- Develop asset playbooks by SKU or category and test what drives conversions.- Ensure all assets meet platform guidelines and brand standards.- Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize creatives for click-through and conversion.Retail and POSM Design- Design shelf strips, danglers, wobblers, posters, counter units, and display islands.- Adapt creative concepts for both General Trade and Modern Trade formats, including regional languages.- Deliver precise, print-ready artwork with complete specifications and die-lines.Packaging and NPD- Handle packaging design from concept to pre-press with full compliance to FDA and FSSAI norms.- Build a cohesive visual system across product categories and variants.- Coordinate with vendors for mockups, color proofs, and print production.- Support packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives.Brand and Campaigns- Maintain and evolve the overall brand identity including color, typography, and imagery.- Design assets for ATL and BTL campaigns, PR kits, and events.- Create and manage templates for social and digital content.Insights and Compliance- Use consumer and performance insights to make data-informed design decisions.- Track the impact of creative changes on key metrics such as CTR and CVR.- Ensure compliance with all claim, packaging, and legal standards.Workflow and Vendor Management- Streamline creative workflows and maintain a central asset library.- Manage agencies, freelancers, and print vendors for quality and timely delivery.Required Skills- Strong experience in FMCG packaging design, pre-press, and print production.- Understanding of e-commerce visual merchandising and conversion principles.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).- Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere for video content.- Ability to connect creative work with data and performance outcomes.- Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.Good to Have- Experience designing in regional languages.- Basic 3D or mockup skills using Blender, Dimension, or C4D.- Interest in sustainable packaging and design cost optimization.EducationBachelor’s degree in Communication or Visual Design (NID, NIFT, MIT, Symbiosis, or equivalent portfolio).Why Join Us- Be part of a purpose-driven FMCG brand built on honesty and impact.- Work with a creative, fast-moving team shaping the future of farm-to-table FMCG in India.- Create design that not only looks good but performs across markets and platforms.If you are a designer who blends creativity with commercial thinking, we would love to connect.
