Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer Location : Hybrid or On-site Company : Hirewell Group Salary Range : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Hirewell Group is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. If you enjoy building scalable, high-performance applications and working in a collaborative environment that values clean code and continuous learning, this role is for you.

Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer at Hirewell Group, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications. You’ll play a key role in both front-end and back-end development, while also contributing to architecture decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Python, and modern frameworks Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features that meet business needs Create and manage efficient database structures, schemas, and queries Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development Strong knowledge of ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control workflows Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in Agile environments
