SAP BW Inhouse Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Consultant to join our team and support existing sys

tems while implementing enhancements and new developments. The ideal candidate should have

a strong technical background and be capable of handling system customization, development,

and post-production support activities. This is a great opportunity to work on complex SAP BI so

lutions, collaborating with functional and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP

BW solutions.

As our new consultant your tasks will include :

• System Support and Enhancement : Provide ongoing support for existing SAP BW systems, including handling system enhancements, new developments, and post-live support activities.
• Technical Skills : Expertise in creating CDS views, AMDP routines, ADSO, Composite Providers, Queries, CKF, RKF, Filters, and Variables. Experience in SAP BI tools like AFO and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Customization & Development : Engage in the customization and development of SAP BW components based on business requirements.
• Testing and Go-Live : Participate in the testing phases and support Go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment and integration of new features.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with extended teams to resolve these issues effectively.
• System Solutions Design : Collaborate with Functional and Technical consultants to design and implement robust system solutions.
• Business Requirements Translation : Analyze and translate business requirements into technical design specifications for SAP BW.
• Technical Specification Creation : Responsible for creating Technical Specifications for extractions, reporting, enhancements, and conversions.
• Process Chain Management : Monitor and resolve issues related to data loading, process chains, and housekeeping activities.
• Incident and Change Management : Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Transport Management : Handle the transportation of development objects between different environments.
• Solution Deployment : Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP BI technical solutions in line with business requirements and project timelines.
