Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead and manage our technology infrastructure across the group. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong technical foundation, effective vendor and team management skills, and a clear vision for how technology can support and accelerate business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the IT function across the group of companies, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and support a small internal IT team as well as external vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP ERP platform.
  • Administer and enhance the use of Microsoft Suite tools across the organization.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS.
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, data integrity, and business continuity plans are in place and up to date.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption in line with business needs.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Report to senior leadership on IT performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably within a group or multi-entity organization.
  • Strong hands-on experience across diverse platforms and systems.
  • Expertise in managing SAP ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and a small internal team effectively.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS, SAP, Microsoft) are a plus.
