We are looking for a Manager – Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales channel and drive business growth by building strategic partnerships, managing teams, and ensuring revenue generation across our units.
JOB PURPOSE
To achieve revenue targets for corporate channel through timely planning and execution of agreed plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- To devise monthly and yearly plans & review the progress.
- To develop good relationships with senior corporate contacts to drive business growth.
- To project monthly revenue and to create bridge plan for any deficit at any unit.
- To manage corporate sales teams at HO and at units and drive them towards organizational goals.
- Analyse market trends and utilize market intelligence to drive innovation.
- To build and utilise business network for generating new business.
- Build and sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring their specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- To ensure timely collection for the credit sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications - Graduate (Preferred MBA / PG in Sales & Marketing)
Experience - More than 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare industry else in an organization of relevance & repute.
