Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience to streamline our development and deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure scalability.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in DevOps best practices, CI / CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE), and Jenkins, along with familiarity in Agile tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage robust CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Kubernetes (GKE).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to integrate DevOps methodologies into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor infrastructure components in Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage).
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security by implementing best DevOps practices.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, if applicable).
  • Use Jira for project tracking, task management, and sprint planning.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong understanding and application of DevOps principles and best practices
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (preferably GKE) for container orchestration and management
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for CI / CD automation
  • Hands-on experience in CI / CD pipeline design and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of Jira for issue tracking and Agile project management
  • Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
  • Familiarity with Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools for monitoring and deployment
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks
  • Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, or FluxCD
  • Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments
