BIM MEP

Responsible for leading the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring design accuracy, clash-free coordination, and compliance with project BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation and management of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit MEP .
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage .
• Ensure model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and adherence to BIM Execution Plans.
• Supervise junior modelers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from models for construction and fabrication.
• Support BIM implementation and process improvement across projects.
