Job Title : Relationship Manager Collections

Department : Retail Asset Collections / Collections & Recovery

Location : Kolkata

Job Purpose :

To manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of dues through strategic

follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and

organizational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience :

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)

2 5 years of experience in collections, recovery, or retail banking

Field collection experience and familiarity with local geography preferred

Two-wheeler with license (for field roles)
