Location : Visakhapatnam (preferred) or Remote

Compensation : Commission-Based (High Earnings Potential)

Experience Required : 7+ Years in IT or Non IT Sales / Business Development

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new client acquisition opportunities across the enterprise Hi-Tech / Technology vertical.
  • Generate pipeline through inside sales, direct outreach, and marketing coordination .
  • Negotiate contracts, manage sales cycles, and coordinate onboarding with delivery and recruitment teams.
  • Engage frequently with decision-makers, CXOs, and business stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Use market intelligence and personal networks to pre-empt competition and stay ahead.
  • Promote the company brand locally, nationally, and online through strategic outreach and business forums.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of IT Sales or Business Development experience in the IT Services and Outsourcing industry.
  • 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles , with experience driving deals end-to-end.
  • Proven success in building new logos and hunting for fresh leads .
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and cross-functional environments .
  • Understanding of Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Services is a strong advantage .
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter , highly accountable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Compensation & Incentives

    This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential . Example incentive structure includes :

  • 50,000 to ₹2,00,000 for each new client account (logo) onboarded (based on client type and deal size)
  • 5,000 to ₹20,000 per successful placement made under that client within the first 6 months
  • Additional quarterly bonuses for high-performing accounts and volume hiring
  • Opportunities for recurring income as client accounts grow
