Alstom Transport - Senior Analyst - Project Controlling R&D

We'll look to you for : .

• Driving the rationalization of analytical structures by activity and coordinating Product End-of-Life (EoL) funding processes.
• Enabling EVM through the development of project-specific Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) mapped to R&D programs.
• Leading monthly SFTR and Rolling Forecast (RoFo) processes, including consolidation, financial review, and stakeholder engagement.
• Performing detailed financial analysis on HCC / BCC, cost nature, and other indicators.
• Managing and stabilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Coordinating budget and F1 consolidation activities, ensuring alignment with actuals and R&D data.

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CMA qualification (CA Inter or CMA Inter with relevant experience is also considered).
• 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of IFRS 15 principles.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with project controlling or multi-site financial flows.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluency in French or other languages is a plus).
