• Conceptualization and Layout preparation.
• Machine performance calculations.
• System integration and calculations to deliver machine performance.
• Conduct deep dive design content review
• Provide input to resolve design conflicts between system teams
• Prepare design BOM by integrating system level BOM.
• Participate in value stream collaboration meetings.
• Participate in cost reviews.
• Prepare machine configuration for pilot machines.
• Provide input for general spec chart film gps marketing specalog and homologation / certification drawings.
• Manage / Maintain testbed parts order list and procurement activities.
• Coordinate and provide on-site pilot build support.
• Ensure parts availability for testbed / pilot builds.
• Participation in machine safety & service audits and reviews

Product Design and Development : Knowledge of product features; ability to design build and develop a new product technology or service from concept through to production.

Tests and evaluates alternative means of production being considered for use.

Uses automated tools to design or modify the design of a product.

Assists in building a complex prototype of product.
