Rs.10,000 per month (in hand) + Variable Pay

Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality video content optimized for Instagram Reels.
Stay updated on current social media and digital trends to create relevant and timely content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Stay informed about Instagram features, updates, and algorithm changes to maximize content visibility.
Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection regulations.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Proactively identify and act on emerging trends and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience creating engaging video content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.

Demonstrable portfolio of successful content with a significant following.

Proficiency in video editing software and an eye for impactful visual storytelling.

Strong understanding of Instagram's content trends, features, and best practices.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving trends and algorithms on social media platforms.
