Role Overview :

Designation : Learning Designer – Trainee
No. of Positions : 20
Training Duration : 3 months
3-month Bootcamp (starting 1st August 2025)
2-month On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Location Details :

Bootcamp Location : Kolkata

OJT & Work Locations : Noida, Kolkata, Pune

Candidates outside Kolkata must be willing to travel to Kolkata for the 3-month Bootcamp at their own expense (travel and accommodation).

Compensation :

Stipend (Months 1–3) : INR 30,000 per month

City Allowance (Months 4–5) : INR 10,000 / month (only for those relocated to non-base locations)

Post-Certification Salary (from Month 6) : INR 40,000 / month + applicable city allowance

Interview Process :

First Round : English & Aptitude Test via Calibrat (online)

Second Round : Functional Test with our Learning Architects

Final Round : Face-to-Face Interview in Kolkata (3rd week of July 2025)
