About the Role

For our locations in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced personality as

Service Coordinator (Gurgaon)

Your remit

Coordinate all planned and unplanned service activities with the technician team.

Organize and schedule service operations to ensure timely execution.

Ensure all required materials (spare parts, wear parts, and special tools) are shipped, prepared, and available on-site before service activities.

Monitor the current capacity of the local service organization and maintain the service backlog.

Manage service scheduling and dispatching.

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Handle work order creation, tracking, and closure.

Align technician schedules, tools, and resources for efficient service delivery.

Resolve service-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities.

Support machine installations, commissioning, and demonstrations.

Train customers and operators on machine usage and preventive maintenance.

Follow up on payments and spare part orders.

Submit timely reports as required.

Your profile

Graduate in Engineering

2-8 years’ experience in a similar role

Should possess good communication skills.

High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork

This role is not on Komax payroll. It will be through a third-party vendor.
