🔶 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator with strong architectural and coordination experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically airports. The candidate will act as the central point of coordination between architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, PMC, and client representatives to ensure seamless design integration across all disciplines.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-disciplinary design activities (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Interiors, Façade).

Review drawings, GFCs, design details, BOQs, specifications, and ensure design compliance.

Liaise with external consultants, design teams, client representatives, and project managers.

Ensure timely release of design drawings, revisions, and clarifications (RFI / TQ coordination).

Manage design-related documentation, approvals, change control, and version tracking.

Conduct technical reviews, clash checks, and interface coordination for airport systems.

Assist with design presentations, stakeholder meetings, and client submissions.

Ensure implementation of design intent at site during construction.

Identify design gaps, propose solutions, and support value engineering initiatives.

Maintain quality, safety, and technical standards as per airport regulations and codes.

🔶 Candidate Profile

B.Arch with 8+ years of experience in design coordination.

Mandatory experience in airport design / construction (at least one completed airport project).

Strong understanding of terminal design, passenger flow, aviation codes & regulations.

Excellent drawing review skills and familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and coordination tools.

Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and cross-functional coordination skills.
