Information Technology Support Specialist Intune

THIS IS A LONG TERM [12+ Months] CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER .

All 5-days work from office - 9 to 6, Breakfast and Lunch provided.

Job Description :

• Provide support to employees or internal customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues.
• Ensure the proper day-to-day operation of internal technology applications and equipment.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, servers, and / or network equipment.
• Perform updates, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
• May also handle phone and email assistance as well.
• Entry-level position within field. Requires little or no experience in discipline.
• Performs routine assignments as directed. Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
• Provides day-to-day technical customer support to employees for internal desktop systems software and hardware.
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems and workstations.
• Provides quick response and maximum uptime of all users and performs end-user training when necessary.
• Serves as liaison between IT and business groups. Acts as the face of IT / EIS in managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Assist other infrastructure teams with server and network issues and installations when on-site technical resources are not available.
• Respond to requests from the Helpdesk and support internal users on various desktop systems issues.
• Assess assigned severity levels and prioritize work accordingly.
• Provide extended technical support to local network or system users and troubleshoot user software or hardware problems in line with support policies.
• Train customers on various tools and systems.
• Maintain documentation and training material for supported services.
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Provide hands-on help to other IT groups.
• Typically requires up to one year of related experience.

Primary Skills (Must-have) : MAC OS, Intune, Troubleshoot

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have) : Autopilot reimaging
