Key Responsibilities Key Account Management :
Nurture relationships with our prestigious B2B clients across India to drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. New Business Development :
Identify and convert new opportunities within the HORECA, QSR, and beverage sectors. Client Engagement :
Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers and purchasing heads; act as the voice of thecustomer internally. Innovation & Product Development :
Partner with clients and the internal R&D team to co-create new flavors and offerings that align with market trends. Sales Strategy & Execution :
Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals with a strong focus on quality and consistency. Market Research :
Stay ahead of trends in the hospitality and beverage industry to uncover white space opportunities. Travel & Field Work :
Regularly travel across India to meet clients, conduct product demos, attend industry events, and build a stronger Swa presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile Degree in
Hospitality Management
Food Technology
or related field 4–8 years in
B2B Sales / Key Accounts
in the
F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG
sectors Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong understanding of how hospitality and beverage businesses operate Creative thinker with a passion for
