About the Role :

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Application Security Product Management team . In this role, you will define, drive, and grow Radware’s on-premise Web Application & API Protection portfolio. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Technical Services teams to develop innovative security solutions that protect modern applications.

This role is both inbound and requires the full amplitude of excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibility :

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for on-premise Web Application & API Protection (WAAP) solutions.
  • Closely work with agile with R&D, Engineering, and UX to design high-quality, innovative security features.
  • Ongoing interaction with Engineering to develop innovative and high-quality product capabilities.
  • Provide pre-sales tools for customer-facing organizations
  • Act as the voice of the customer , gathering feedback from clients, partners, and field teams to improve the product.
  • Track competitive positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Engage in customer and partner discussions to evangelize the product and understand their security needs.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure security .
  • Good understanding of Web Application Security, API Security, industry threats (OWASP, bot attacks, DoS), and competitive landscape .
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles – backlog management, planning and prioritization of stories, epics and Features.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Strong ability to craft product documentation, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials .
  • High level of self-training and self-drive .
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar .
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container security – advantage.
  • Experience with cloud security solutions – a plus.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about cybersecurity innovation.
