This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who loves solving complex technical problems, building intelligent systems, and contributing to an engineering culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, and innovation.You will work closely with the Lead Architect , Head of Engineering , and CTO —designing, developing, and deploying systems that power next-generation regulatory platforms for global life sciences clients.What You Will Work OnBuild and deploy scalable microservices using Python (FastAPI, asyncio, aio and optimize RAG pipelines , vector search systems, and LLM-driven workflowsWork with LangChain , LlamaIndex , Hugging Face , and modern LLM providersImplement advanced document processing , embeddings, semantic search & NLPCollaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutionsOptimize system performance, ensure code quality, and contribute to architecture decisionsWork across distributed international teams while maintaining excellent communicationKey Skills We’re Looking For

• 7+ years hands-on in AI / ML engineering
• Expertise in RAG, LLM orchestration, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Deep experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Strong cloud experience ( AWS / Azure / GCP )
• Excellent Python engineering & microservices architecture
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD
• Advanced experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and NoSQL stores
