Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Ads Account Manager to join our India team. You'll manage premium advertising accounts, develop innovative campaign strategies, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage high-value advertising accounts with monthly ad spends of $10,000-$100,000
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Maintain 95%+ client retention rates through exceptional service
Provide proactive account management and performance updates
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, , Twitter, TikTok
Create detailed campaign proposals, media plans, and budget allocations
Collaborate with creative teams on compelling ad creatives and landing pages
Implement advanced targeting strategies and audience segmentation
Manage campaign optimization, A / B testing, and performance enhancement
Performance Analysis
Monitor campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, proprietary dashboards
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
Conduct ROI analysis and present findings to stakeholders
Identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
Revenue Growth
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Develop proposals for additional services and budget expansions
Achieve monthly revenue targets and team growth objectives
Support new business pitches and client presentations
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
4-8 years in digital advertising or account management
Proven track record managing $500K+ annual advertising budgets
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Manager
Advanced Google Analytics and conversion tracking knowledge
Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk)
Exceptional English communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
E-commerce advertising and performance marketing experience
Agency or consultancy background
CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) proficiency

Exceptional Salary Package
Base Salary : $35,000 - $60,000 per annum
Performance Bonus : Up to $10,000 annually
Total Compensation : $35,000 - $70,000 per annum
