Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Mentorship
- Act as a mentor and coach to a team of Life Advisors, enabling their success through training, motivation, and performance management.
- Build, lead, and manage a dynamic team of financial advisors and drive team-level revenue goals.
- Conduct regular goal-setting, performance reviews, and field coaching to ensure productivity.
Business Development
Identify and onboard high-potential advisors and professionals from various sectors including BFSI, pharma, real estate, etc.Expand business networks by engaging with HNIs, NRIs, and top professionals across regions.Own and drive the P&L responsibilities of the advisory unit with monthly and annual targets.Training & Development
Deliver structured training programs on financial planning, product knowledge, regulatory updates, and advisory practices.Support advisors with financial planning tools, insurance solutions, and sales enablement strategies.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementMaintain strong client relationships through a needs-based consultative approach.Act as a financial wellness partner by offering customized insurance and investment solutions.Strategic & Operational Excellence
Analyze performance data, market trends, and advisor productivity to drive continuous improvement.Leverage technology platforms and CRM tools for better client and team engagement.Key Skills & Attributes :
Strong people management, leadership, and coaching skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.High entrepreneurial drive and a result-oriented mindset.In-depth knowledge of financial products, insurance, or wealth management services preferred.Ability to influence and manage senior advisors and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in sales, distribution, business development, or advisory functions.Current compensation should be 15 LPA or above.Preference for candidates from BFSI, Wealth Management, Real Estate, Pharma, or Consulting.Open to candidates from tier-1 / tier-2 cities who are flexible with national-level mobility.Why Join Us?
