Role : Technical Research Associate

We’re looking for M.Tech 2023-2025 pass-outs (no backlogs) to join our fast-growing Technical Research team at our Bangalore HQ .

Roles and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot advanced technical problems under tight deadlines
Provide support to learners via phone or online platforms
Assist trainers by conducting assignments, revisions, and QA
Perform quality audits and provide feedback for improvements
Act as the first point of technical escalation
Support internal teams in managing priority tech issues

Required Skills

Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft OS

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for learners

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Strong sense of accountability and urgency for project management

Qualification

M.Tech (2023 - 2025 pass-outs only) from branches :

Electronics & Telecommunication

Computer Science

Electrical Engineering

Must have no backlogs

Compensation

Based on interview performance and last drawn (if applicable)
