Location : Pan India (Remote – Work From Home)

What We're Looking For :

5+ years in product development (SaaS / ML / Analytics)

3+ years working with fraud detection tools (e.g., NICE Actimize)

Strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement solution architectures

Integrate Actimize with GAIT, Google, CLEAR, Unified Desktop (UD)

Enhance UI to display contextual data & generate alert / case narratives

Build prompts to retrieve & summarize data from 8+ sources

Automate deployments with CI / CD pipelines

Prepare documentation and support TIAA approvals

Provide production support via ServiceNow, JIRA, and KT

Leverage AI / ML to optimize alert generation and investigations

Standardize alert handling from high-impact data sources
