Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced UI Developer with strong UX / Product Design capabilities to join our team. This role blends technical UI development expertise (React, Angular) with a keen eye for UX design using tools like Figma. You will act as a bridge between operations and engineering, gathering input from non-technical stakeholders and transforming it into efficient, user-friendly interface designs.

The ideal candidate will have a product-owner mindset, capable of owning the user interface end-to-end from conceptualizing UX flows based on operations needs to developing polished front-end components.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to gather user requirements, pain points, and goals.
Translate complex operational needs into intuitive UX flows and data interaction models.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar design tools.
Lead the front-end development of the product using React and Angular, ensuring alignment with UX principles.
Act as a lead developer on UI-related initiatives, mentoring junior developers and setting front-end architecture standards.
Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and QA to deliver high-quality UI features.
Own the UX / UI roadmap and help evolve the product based on user feedback and business goals.

Required Skills and Experience :

5-9 years of hands-on experience in UI development and UX design.

Strong front-end development skills with React and Angular.

Proven experience using Figma or similar tools for creating mockups, wireframes, and design systems.

Experience translating business or operational requirements into intuitive UI / UX solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of data visualization and data interaction patterns.

Ability to own and drive UI / UX efforts independently and lead small front-end teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in product design or product ownership roles.

Familiarity with UX is the best practices for enterprise applications.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
