Job descriptionProven experience building automation systems related to lead generation, outreach, or customer support. Familiarity with AI tools, API integrations, and no-code / low-code platforms. Strong problem-solving and system design skills. Ability to manage projects independently and deliver on deadlines. Clear communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with agencies or SaaS brands. Understanding of customer journey automation and CRM integration. Previous case studies or projects showcasing measurable impact.
We’re seeking a results-driven AI Automation Specialist with a strong background in building lead generation and customer communication systems. If you have hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered lead magnets, setting up scalable call / text outreach systems, and automating customer support (voice and text), we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement AI lead magnets that attract and qualify inbound leads.
- Set up and optimize mass call outreach systems for prospecting or nurturing.
- Build efficient phone and text-based customer support workflows using AI or automation tools.
- Integrate tools like Make.com, Zapier, Twilio, ChatGPT, Voice AI, or others to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with our internal team to align systems with our client acquisition and retention goals.
- Ensure all automation is tested, compliant, and optimized for performance.
