Full Stack Engineer- Rails + React + shopify

About Acorn Globus :  Acorn Globus is a fast-growing company specializing in custom application development. We are looking for a talented Shopify Application Developer to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performing applications for the Shopify ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify applications using  Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.  Build and integrate new features within the Shopify platform. Ensure seamless performance, security, and scalability of Shopify applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and other developers. Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high code quality and performance. Stay up-to-date with Shopify's API changes and best practices. Work effectively within the  EST timezone .

Requirements :

Proven experience in Shopify application development with a strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. Proficiency in  Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL . Experience working with Shopify APIs and custom app development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating language. Understanding of e-commerce best practices and Shopify app store guidelines.
