• Leading and managing complex tax advisory projects for clients, including corporate tax planning, international tax structuring, and tax compliance reviews.
• Providing expert guidance on tax implications for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business transactions.
• Collaborating with Partners on Tax Law matters
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to develop innovative tax strategies and solutions.
• Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of tax-related documents, such as tax opinions, rulings, and tax returns.
• Representing clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities, ensuring favourable outcomes.
