Inside Sales Representative Mode : On-site Permanent Full-time

Job Overview : We seek a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling emailing and following up on leads.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.
Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of company s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
CRM Management : Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
Requirements
Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus.
Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
