Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to drive our business growth. If you are a technically sound engineer with a proven track record in industrial marketing, this opportunity is for you!

Key Requirements & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent preferred.
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales, with specific experience.
Product Expertise : Must have hands-on experience and a strong technical understanding of selling and servicing products such as :
Pumps (various types)
Industrial Instrumentation
Gear Boxes
Electric Motors
PLC Automation jobs and projects
Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.

Core Job Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development : Actively generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Technical Sales : Effectively present, demonstrate, and explain the technical features and benefits of our product portfolio (Pumps, Motors, Automation, etc.) to potential and existing clients.

Customer Engagement : Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites.

Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new product opportunities.

Travel : This role is field-intensive and requires extensive travel (minimum 4-5 days a week) within the assigned territory.

A proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technically proficient and capable of providing effective solutions to customer problems.

Self-disciplined and able to manage a territory effectively with minimal supervision.
