Role Description

As a full-time Social Media Associate at Inkognito Bombay, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across our social media platforms. A curious, self-driven

Marketing Associate

who can blend content strategy with killer execution. You're someone who knows trends but doesn’t blindly follow them. You think in visuals, scroll-stopping hooks, and growth metrics. You’ve got ideas

and

the skills to bring them to life from grid to reel.

Plan and execute our

content calendar

across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)

Develop content strategies to increase engagement, brand reach & conversions

Ideate, script, shoot & edit

Reels, Stories, and Carousels

Use

Canva, Procreate / Photoshop

for graphic & visual design work

Edit videos using

VN, InShot

or similar tools

Assist with influencer collaborations, event marketing & campaign planning

Work closely with the founder to grow Inkognito Bombay as a creative, high-impact brand

Qualifications :

Have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation

Are fluent in visual storytelling, content trends & social platform formats

Know how to script witty, brand-relevant content (and love a good pun)

Are hands-on with Canva, VN / InShot, and either Procreate or Photoshop

Think analytically : you can track growth, engagement, and performance

Are comfortable working full-time

on-site in Navi Mumbai
