We are looking for a Product Manager - MarTech & SEO at the PM2 or SPM level to lead high-impact initiatives across marketing automation and organic growth. You will define and drive product strategies to scale Nykaa’s MarTech stack, integrate AI / ML capabilities, and lead innovation in organic search visibility (SEO, SEO in GenAI world).
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Own the roadmaps for Nykaa’s Martech Platform as well as SEO strategy and product enhancements to drive organic traffic as well optimize efficiencies for paid traffic
- Drive implementations and integrations across tech stack, spearheading agile sprints, user stories, and UAT. Own end-to-end delivery
- Collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Design, Analytics and Engineering teams to build seamless campaign orchestration workflows and deliver high impact Martech solutions
- Tracking key performance metrics for Martech Platform
- Conduct A / B experiments, user research, and data-driven analysis to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, Martech innovations, and evolving LLM ecosystem (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) and explore agentic AI use cases for marketing automation and SEO
Required Skills -
4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Martech / SEOStrong understanding of SEO technical architecture, schema, on-page SEO, and content optimization.Deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem and hands-on experience working with Martech tools (e.g.,Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, tracking platforms).Excellent analytics, communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated experience implementing AI / ML use-cases (e.g., predictive models, generative AI, user segmentation, content generation).Technical proficiency to write product specs, define APIs, query basic SQL, and discuss architecture with developers.Prior experience with eCommerce or high-scale B2C platforms is a plus.
