Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Recommend suitable products and design solution
- Drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards
- Coordinate order processing and post-sales customer support
- Prepare daily sales and customer interaction reports
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills :
Freshers or candidates with 6 Month of experience in sales, retail, or customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interest in home décor or interior stylingBachelor's degree in any disciplineComfortable working in rotational shifts (6 days / week)Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.What We Offer :
