A Social Media Manager & PR whounderstands the aim of posting the brand content on social media or any otherdigital platform, plans inorganic activity / campaign, anticipates the outcome,and ensures results. Acquires and grows the target audience / community byimplementing an inorganic strategy. He / She must possess design sensibilitiesto align the design team (visual, graphics & creative text) for smooth productionand achieve integrated content, conveying the true essence. He / She should beable to work in sync with the Marketing & Communication team in ideatingand storyboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding the Brand nuance andmaking strategy accordingly, to increase the reach among the target audience.Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Work with copywriters anddesigners / creative team (considering size, orientation / layout of the post) toensure content is informative, appealing and conveys the correct message.
- Publishing the content on all socialhandles and monitoring the response on social media posting.
- Measure and do analytical studiesabout the success of every social media campaign.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement andsuggest content optimization. Address inquiries from the media and otherparties
- Communicate with industry professionalsand influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Engage influencers, manage ourcommunity by responding to comments, and oversee responses on all platforms.
- Identifying new trends in digitalmarketing, evaluating new technologies and stay up to date with the latestsocial media best practices.
- Prepare and submit PR reports, ManagePR issues.

Knowledgeable on principles, practices,and techniques of marketing strategies. Excellentstrategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketingand advertising plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives.Coordination between teams involved invarious works coming together to create / realize a marketing plan.Experience in analyzing data.Budget and cost analysis experience.Excellent knowledge and understandingof social media platforms.Experience running large scopeprojects with cross-over departments and large teams. Male / Female with aCreative edge.Should be skilled atcommunicating with directors and creative teams through presentations, compellingcopy, detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoningbehind strategic decisions.Skilled enough to single-handedlymanage the marketing & communication team.Play an active role in contentcreation.
