Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Strong understanding of solar EPC project lifecycles and business models.
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations for solar projects.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry regulations, government policies, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads.
Ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualification
B.E. (Electrical) is mandatory; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
10-15 Years
Knowledge of renewable energy markets and technologies
