Job description

Job Title : Client Partner – Hi-Tech GCC

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 12–20 years

Industry : Hi-Tech / Technology Services / Digital Engineering / Hi-Tech GCCs

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Partner for the Hi-Tech GCC portfolio , responsible for owning and growing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue, and delivering end-to-end value across technology and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

Own P&L and revenue growth for Hi-Tech GCC accounts

Acquire, expand, and manage business within assigned accounts

Consultative Selling

Understand customer business priorities and propose relevant technology, digital and engineering solutions

Present value propositions and drive C-level conversations across IT + Business functions

Client Engagement

Lead executive discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures

Build long-term trusted advisory relationships with stakeholders

Solution & Offering Sales

Drive sales of digital transformation programs, cloud, data & AI, engineering, platforms and managed services

Sell software / IP-based solutions (in-house + partner ecosystem)

Collaboration

Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, COEs and partner ecosystem to shape deals and drive demand

Ensure smooth delivery governance and customer satisfaction post-sale

Pipeline & Forecasting

Build, maintain and govern a qualified pipeline in CRM

Track demand, forecasts and deal movement to meet quarterly revenue objectives

Required Qualifications

Must have managed Google GCC as an account for 3–4 years in India

OR must have managed a Hi-Tech GCC account such as Meta / Apple / Cisco / Microsoft / Amazon / Intel / LinkedIn / Uber / Salesforce / or similar

12–20 years of total experience with minimum 7+ years in client partner / account ownership roles

Proven track record of account farming & new deal wins

Experience selling technology, digital, cloud, data, engineering or platform services

Strong CXO-level relationship management and consultative selling capability
