About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Python Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level Python programming skills and have strong experience with modern backend frameworks, cloud technologies, and front-end development using Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
• Lead architecture and code design discussions ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement and manage AWS services for cloud deployments and integrations.
• Work in Linux environments, ensuring efficient deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with front-end teams using Angular or React, maintaining seamless API integration and optimized performance.
• Oversee application development from concept to deployment, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.
