Senior Manager - Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the data & analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, dashboards, and data models using Power BI and Azure data services.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms on Azure.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytics needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
• Drive adoption of data-driven insights across departments through advanced analytics and visualization.
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks for strategic business functions.
• Evaluate emerging data technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
