Job Role : Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Gen AI

Must have skills :

Strong programming skills in Python.

Proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and the ability to apply them effectively.

Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Langchain, Lang Graph, Py Torch, Spa Cy, and DSPy.

Proficient in web frameworks like Flask and Fast API for API development.

Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker.

Practical experience with search and indexing systems, and expertise with at least one indexing tool.

Familiarity with technologies such as MCP, API Development, LLM Evaluation

Good to have skills :

Familiarity with a variety of cloud-based tools and services for AI and ML development.

Knowledge of best practices for deploying AI models at scale, ensuring reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Model Fine-Tuning & Training : Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance task-specific performance and improve accuracy.

Model Deployment : Deploy generative AI models in production using cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, alongside containerization solutions such as Docker.

Cloud Integration : Design and implement comprehensive AI solutions utilizing services from Azure or AWS Marketplace, including Cognitive Services, Object Storage, API Management, and App Services.

NLP & Search Solutions : Develop NLP-driven solutions and implement indexing / search functionalities with a deep understanding of indexing systems.

API Development : Create and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask and Fast API, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

LLM Evaluation & Agentic AI : Assess the performance of LLMs for diverse applications and explore agentic AI's potential to enhance system efficiency.

Continuous Learning & Research : Stay informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and related domains, integrating these advancements into ongoing development processes.
