Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic State Head to lead and expand our affordable home loan business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence in line with organizational goals. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the affordable housing finance market and strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the affordable home loan portfolio within the state.
• Lead business development initiatives, establish partnerships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage state-level operations including sales targets, credit processes, risk management, and customer service.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, marketing) to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Monitor financial performance, including profitability and cost control and Skills :
• 10-15 years of experience in affordable housing finance, mortgage lending, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of leading state or regional business units, preferably in housing finance.
• Strong network within the affordable housing ecosystem in Bangalore or surrounding regions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
• Ability to strategize and execute business plans effectively in a competitive market.
