Job descriptionParticipate in SAP S / 4HANA implementation and rollout projects , ensuring adherence to timelines, cost, and quality standards. Support the establishment and execution of delivery frameworks and methodologies for SAP SD. Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as required. Work with business teams as a first point of contact for delivery-related support in SD processes. Participate in project meetings, system testing, and solution reviews. Support business process owners to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of system issues. Coordinate with global and offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones. Collaborate with cross-functional module owners (FI / CO, MM, PP, and C4C) for integrated solution delivery. Support the CIO and business heads in unification of SAP S / 4HANA across India, Thailand, Germany, US, and China. Contribute to the consolidation of processes and MIS to ensure a single source of truth for data. Assist in identifying and implementing automation and process improvements. Support service management, change and release management, and quality management processes. Ensure compliance with local tax and business policies across various global units. Coordinate with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams for smooth system performance and issue resolution. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. 3- 5 years of experience in SAP SD , including at least one full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementation . Working knowledge of SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) integration preferred. Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , B4HANA , or other data-focused environments desirable. Experience in multi-country SAP implementations or global delivery models preferred. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery best practices. Familiarity with Service, Change, and Release Management processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and results. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a multi-location team environment. “Can-do” attitude with ownership for problem-solving and service excellence. Supporting CIO in unifying SAP S / 4HANA processes across India, Thailand, Germany, US, and China. Consolidating business processes and MIS for a single version of truth . Adapting to new technologies and continuous process improvement amid fast-paced change. Delivering SAP solutions in compliance with local business and tax policies across countries. Coordinating support and implementations across multiple time zones and geographies .

Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – SAP SD will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support for the Sales and Distribution module within the SAP S / 4HANA environment .
The role involves working closely with global business units (India, Thailand, Germany, USA, and China) to ensure process standardization, effective implementation, and smooth operation of SAP systems across multiple geographies.
