Key Responsibilities :

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand tone.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and VFX to elevate storytelling.
• Edit 18-20 shorts and 2 / 3 long form in a month.
• Content buckets : On-Ground reports, Visual storytelling, Explainer videos, Travelling, Event / Collab
• Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends to craft fresh, viral content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, editorial, and field production teams.
• Manage multiple timelines, versions, and deliverables across platforms.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media formats.
• Maintain a strong storytelling arc and emotional coherence in every cut.
