Job description

What you will do :

  • Incident Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of critical issues
  • Driving bridge call for critical incidents by working with cross functional teams across the organization and take it to closure Automation and process improvement
  • Handling Service requests from cross functional teams under stringent SLAs to meet commitments
  • Independently handle the production support of multiple cloud software
  • Firmware upgrades to the field : Build, maintain scalable upgrade infrastructure, FW upgrades to the field

Who you are and what you bring :

  • BE / BTech in Computer Science or related discipline from Top Tier Engineering College.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in highly technical product company incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, driving bridge call.
  • Strong in Linux / Unix Operating system
  • Strong scripting skills (Ruby,Shell scripts,Python )
  • Strong DB queries skill (PL / SQL) in anyone of DBs (MySQl, SQL or Oracle)
  • Strong in Data Analytics tool (Incorta, Quicksight)
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies
  • Good understanding of programming language (Java, Ruby on Rails)
  • Ability to work under stringent SLAs to meet commitments
  • Good knowledge of SW development Life Cycle, experience with GIT / BitBucket, Jira, Confluence,
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner across teams in the organisation
  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved with in the activities
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems, conflicts.
