Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure and network projects, with a specific focus on integrating enterprise software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical solutions involving network implementations, firewall configurations, and hardware / software deployments. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise software, excellent communication skills to work across diverse global teams, and a proven track record in large-scale project management within an enterprise Responsibilities Project Management :
- Lead and manage infrastructure and network projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for large enterprise-level initiatives.
- Drive project progress, resolve impediments, and manage changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accountability for overall project success and deliverable Project Oversight & Integration :
- Oversee projects involving the integration of enterprise software applications with core infrastructure and network components.
- Specific focus on projects involving the integration of 3 Cisco software applications with our existing infrastructure.
- Possess a strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and deployment methodologies. While not mandatory, familiarity with Cisco-owned products (e.g., ThousandEyes) is a significant advantage.
- Manage projects involving significant network and firewall implementations, as well as general hardware and software implementation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects, engineers, and operations teams to translate technical requirements into actionable project tasks and & Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and vendors.
- Facilitate clear, concise, and proactive communication with all project participants.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work effectively across different time zones, coordinating efforts with geographically dispersed teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives and Improvement & Agile Methodologies :
- Apply Agile principles and methodologies to project execution, fostering iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the & Issue Management :
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as necessary.
- Implement effective strategies to ensure project stability and successful :
- Minimum of 4-5 years of direct, real-world project management experience, specifically managing large, complex infrastructure, network, or IT projects within an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing projects involving the implementation and integration of enterprise software :
- PMP Certification or another recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, CSM / CSPO) is Acumen :
- Demonstrable understanding of core network / networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching, VPNs) and firewall Experience with hardware and software implementation projects.
- Understanding of large-scale enterprise software systems and their integration with underlying infrastructure.
