Position : Store Supervisor
Qualifications : Graduate.

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in backend operations in retail (preferably in the
jewelry or luxury sector)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Management :
- Manage daily stock updates, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock inflows, outflows, and
transfers.
Oversee the tagging and labeling of jewelry items with accuratepricing, descriptions, and codes.
Conduct routine physical stock audits to prevent losses ordiscrepancies.
Coordinate with the production or procurement team for stockreplenishment and order fulfillment.
2. Order Fulfillment & Packaging :
Oversee customer order preparation, ensuring items areaccurately packed and ready for delivery.
Ensure timely coordination with the sales team for specialcustomer orders or customizations.
Maintain sufficient stock of packaging materials like jewelryboxes, bags, and warranty cards.
3. Documentation and Compliance :
Maintain and organize all backend documents, including invoices,sales receipts, stock reports, and delivery challans.
Ensure proper documentation and storage of certificates,warranty cards, and purchase records.
Comply with internal audit processes and maintain accurate datafor inventory control.
4. Backend Operations Coordination :
Coordinate with the sales team to manage stock availability andon-floor requirements.
Support the store team during busy periods, such as exhibitions orpromotional events, by preparing jewelry stock and materials.
Ensure timely dispatch of stock or materials to other stores orexternal partners as required.
5. Security and Quality Control :
Ensure the safe handling and secure storage of jewelry items.Conduct quality checks on returned or newly received jewelry toensure they meet store standards.
Monitor stock handling by staff to minimize losses or damages.6. Reporting and Analytics :
Generate daily and monthly backend operation reports, includingstock movement and sales analytics.
Highlight slow-moving or high-demand inventory to the storemanager for better stock management decisions.
7. Team Support and Supervision :
Train and guide junior backend staff or store helpers in inventoryhandling and backend processes.
Ensure the backend team adheres to store policies and processes.Provide prompt backend support to the front-end sales teamduring peak hours or high-demand situations.
Key Skills :
Knowledge of inventory management and reconciliationprocesses.

Basic understanding of jewelry types, materials, and qualitystandards.
