Location : Remote (India-based preferred)

Salary : ₹35,000–₹50,000 / month (based on experience)

REQUIRED Experience : 1–3 years managing paid campaigns for a large agency

About Us :

Black Unicorn Digital Solutions is a performance marketing agency helping DTC brands scale profitably. We're looking for a smart, analytical, and proactive media buyer who can manage ad accounts end-to-end, report performance clearly, and help us scale our client base.

Responsibilities :

Run and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences, and budgets
Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA and optimize accordingly
Deliver weekly reports for clients using Google Sheets or dashboards
Join internal review calls and collaborate with the sales and client teams
Stay updated with the latest platform policies, targeting strategies, and ad trends

Requirements :

Proven experience running Meta (minimum ₹1–5L / month budgets)

Strong understanding of performance metrics and funnel strategy

Experience in the eCommerce space is a bonus

Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
