Title : Visa Officer (UK Practice)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end Visa stamping process for Business, Work and Visitor categories for UK.
- Manage the client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner by setting up a seamless process which is not people dependent rather a process oriented.
- Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy above listed regions for all the visa categories like (Business, Work visa, Dependent and Tourist).
- Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy and is in adherence to the Consulate / Embassy requirements.
- Guiding the employees / client SPOC on the consulate / Embassy requirements which are mandatory for visa submissions.
- Coordination with the TTK Back-office team for process updation or collection / submission of the applications / passport at VFS / consulates.
- Good rapport building with the VFS Global and Embassy / Consulate officials.
- Requirements and delivery as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Create a knowledge base of the operational activities and keep updating the database with the latest regulations / immigration act and visa checklist.
- Bring in innovative ways on process enhancement which is effective and efficient and share the knowledge to the team on a real time basis (Case Study / Experience sharing).
- Preparation of covering letter / support letter for the visa application depending upon the client's needs.
- Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.
- Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
- Maintain MIS and reports and present bi-weekly or monthly reports to Ops head as per the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends.
Candidate Profile
Hands on Experience in handling Business / Work / Dependent visa for at least minimum 3 years. Work experience in UK process is most preferred.Should have worked with the MNC or Corporate office either as employee / Implant / backend office.Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learnShould know the market dynamics and trends about Corporate Immigration and client service orientedGood knowledge on visa processes for the UK, Ireland and Schengen region is mandatoryShould be able to work on Excel and create reports.Open to challengesEnsure quality services to the clientsShould be a good team player.Can work efficiently with minimum supervision and should be able to handle work pressure and be flexible for taking new areas of learning.
