Job Title : Java Fullstack Lead

Location : Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience : 7 to 13 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Lead to drive our software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.js.

This role requires hands-on expertise as well as leadership skills to manage project delivery, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular / React.js.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure backend services and REST APIs.
Drive best coding practices, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
Mentor and guide junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in solution design discussions, provide technical leadership and recommendations.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance and scalability.
Manage timelines, project risks, and deliverables while working closely with stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 9 to 13 years in software development, with proven fullstack expertise.

Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8+ features.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Expertise in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Front-end skills with Angular or React.js including component-based architecture, state management, and UI / UX best practices.

Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.

Experience with version control tools (Git), build tools (Maven / Gradle), and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Agile / Scrum development experience.
