Job descriptionMaintain an updated capacity tracker across teams Proactively flag resourcing needs and support planning across projects and functions Help structure team growth as new verticals and geographies open up Design and manage basic HR systems for leaves, reviews, onboarding, and compliance Set up and improve SOPs for employee lifecycle management Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles Contribute to building a positive, purpose-driven, and high-performance work culture Organise virtual team activities and engagement touchpoints Is self-driven , organised, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced setup Has experience using modern HR tools (e.g. Zoho People, Deel, Freshteam, or similar) Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across cultures and time zones Cares about people, process, and purpose — and wants to help build a mission-led company Shape the people and culture journey of a global, growing, sustainability-led firm Enjoy autonomy, flexibility , and a strong sense of purpose Work with a diverse, passionate, and committed international team

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across regions : job postings, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, onboarding
- Build a strong talent pipeline for technical, consulting, and operational roles
- Partner with team leads to understand current and future hiring needs
2. Capacity Planning & Workforce Management
