Exciting Opportunity for Kronos Role !

What We're Looking For : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications and services for UKG's suite of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications and services for UKG's suite of workforce management solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, depending on the project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality engineers, and UI / UX designers, to define product features, deliver new functionality, and improve existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debug code, and enhance application performance.
  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications and design documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in software development, with expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Restful APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern software frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, .NET).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and knowledge of data modeling and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and related tools is a plus.
