Role : Lead Software Engineer (Remote)

As our Lead Software Engineer, you’ll own the design, implementation, and delivery of mission-critical services in our AI governance platform. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build scalable, highly reliable services that empower organizations to harness GenAI securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain core distributed systems (Java / Spring Boot / Rust / Python) on the cloud.
• Translate customer requirements into robust APIs, data pipelines, and real-time processing engines
• Drive TDD and CI / CD adoption; ensure high test coverage and zero downtime deployments
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team through 1 : 1s, code reviews, and design sessions
• Influence technical roadmap; introduce best practices for observability, performance, and security
